Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management
Objectives:
Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management (PM) course will develop the students with PM knowledge and skills to undertake complex projects and deliver within constraints. Today's dynamic industry demands highly-skilled project executives to use PM tools and other key practices such as project strategy, leadership. risk management, information technology, decision making and critical analysis. As such our courses primary focuses and equips our learners to handle projects more effectively to steer professional and organisation development. This course is suitable for those want to take up careers as Project Executive, Project Co-ordinator, Programme Manager or Project Lead.
Course Duration:
This course consists of 6 modules. All modules will be completed within 12 months;

Course Time:
Part-time: There will be 2 lessons x 7.5 hours each week;
Full-time: There will be 5 lessons x 3 hours each week for 9 months together with a 3-month industrial attachment or project.

Assessment Examination:
There are two assessment papers:
Paper 1: Section A 20 MCQ (Open Book) (each answer = 2 marks= 40 marks in total)
Paper 2: Section B (50 marks in total) (Closed Book)
Essay Questions: To answer 2 out of 3 questions (each answer = 25 marks = 50 marks in total)
Attendance/Presentation: 10 marks
Course Completion & Certification:
Upon completion of the 8 modules, those who fulfilled the required attendance and pass all the assessments will be awarded a Advanced Diploma in Business Management certificate by Nanyang Asia College.
Attendance must not less than 75%(part-time)90%(full-time) and not absent without valid reason for more than 7 consecutive days.

Miscellaneous Fees refer to any non-compulsory fees which the students pay only when applicable. Such fees are normally collected by the PEI when the need arises
Course Duration
There are two semesters per year. Semester 1 runs from April to September (6 months); on the other hand, semester 2 runs from October to March (6 months). Depending on the student-applicant's level, some students may need to take both Semesters 1 and 2 to complete the whole course. A monthly assessment is also administered.
Students may join classes at any time in the year as long as they agree to the school's terms and conditions.
