Specialist Diploma in Project Engineering Management
Objectives:
This course aims to empower learners with a sound knowledge and skills in engineering operations to cope with the ever-changing dynamic environment. The learners will be exposed to a full range of engineering project management skills that is useful to succeed in today's competitive business environment. This course is ideal for students who wish to enhance their career or for those who wish to learn more about engineering project management. Graduates of the Specialist Diploma in Engineering Project Management can further enhancen their skills in the Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management Course.
Course Duration:
The course (Full-time/Part-time) consists of 5 modules. All modules will be completed within 12 months

Course Time:
The course will be completed in 12 months.
Part-time: Two days each week, 7.5 hours of lesson time each day;
Full-time: Five days each week, three hours of lesson time each day (6 Months course + 6 Months industrial Attachment / Project);
Schedule of the classes will be planned to suit the course’s needs.
There will be no classes conducted during public holidays and school holidays.

The applicant must meet one of the following requirements:

Course Completion & Certification:
Upon completion of the 5 modules and Industrial Attachment or Project, those who fulfilled the required attendance and pass all the assessments will be awarded a Specialist Diploma in Project Engineering Management by Nanyang Asia College.
Attendance must not less than 75%(Part-time) or 90%(Full-time) and not absent without valid reason for more than 7 consecutive days.

The additional fee borne by the student is 50% of the actual cost. The amounts indicated here are the net cost to be paid by the student.
3 Miscellaneous Fees refer to any non-compulsory fees which the students pay only when applicable. Such fees are normally collected by the PEI when the need arises.
Course Duration
There are two semesters per year. Semester 1 runs from April to September (6 months); on the other hand, semester 2 runs from October to March (6 months). Depending on the student-applicant's level, some students may need to take both Semesters 1 and 2 to complete the whole course. A monthly assessment is also administered.
Students may join classes at any time in the year as long as they agree to the school's terms and conditions.
